Discover a higher level! Advantages and features:

• Rotating dual position for maximum comfort.
• Designed for use with Hydromax pleasure rings.
• Ultra-soft pad ensures a solid seal.
• Works in and out of the water.
• Pressure release valve.

How do you use it?

• Fill the bathtub with water.
• Once you're in the tub, place the Bathmate under the water until it's completely full. Then insert your penis and rest the pump against your pelvis.
• Push the Bathmate toward you repeatedly. This activates the hydraulic mechanism at the base of the pump and creates the vacuum. You'll feel the pressure build.
• Once you can't pump any more, rest for five minutes.
• Repeat the pumping every four or five minutes, then rest.
• If the pressure feels too strong, gently release the top valve, under water so no air enters. After 15 or 20 minutes, release the pressure with the button on top of the Bathmate.
