ANDROEXTENDER Penile Traction Device

The AndroExtender is a penile traction device from Andromedical, the makers of Andropenis.

It consists of a plastic ring connected to two adjustable metal rods made of surgical aluminium, with a silicone support that holds the glans. You put it on and take it off yourself, and it can be worn discreetly while walking, sitting or standing.
